I believe if you treat your staff properly that loyalty will be returned. Many of our original fitters have been with us since the beginning of our journey over thirty years ago. They take great pride in what they do, they make sure they turn up on time, they make sure that everything is fitted exactly as it should be, and they clean up after themselves. I wouldn’t swap any of them.
